Brand Defender is the entry tier for MAP enforcement: MAP violation monitoring with timestamped evidence, a violations inbox, product dashboard, and email alerts. Brand Protect adds the full suite — unauthorized-seller and grey-market detection, counterfeit scoring, brand-bidding SERP scans on Google and Bing, Buy Box monitoring, enforcement cases with takedown letters, plus API access and signal packs. Enterprise adds multi-brand workspaces, white-label reports, SSO, and dedicated support. Custom covers China marketplaces, custom integrations, and a custom SLA.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings — no cancellation fee, no notice period, no call required. If you're on annual, you keep access through the end of your paid period. Month-to-month is available on every tier; annual is a 20% published discount, not a lock-in.

How often do you scan?

Brand Defender scans daily. Brand Protect and Enterprise scan hourly for high-priority modules (buy-box hijacks, brand bidding) and every 4 hours for the rest. Cadence is pinned in code and tested — if marketing copy and actual cron drift apart, CI fails.

How long does the free audit take?

10 minutes from submission to emailed PDF. Enter your brand name and homepage URL at /audit — Pricelysis scans Amazon, Google SERP, and the major marketplaces for live violations on your top products. No sales call, no credit card, nothing to install.

Is my brand data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We run on SOC 2-certified cloud infrastructure and never share pricing data with third parties. Role-based access controls restrict which team members view sensitive data. Happy to sign a DPA on request.

What if you take down an authorized distributor by accident?

The authorized-seller safe list is a hard filter on every enforcement workflow — approved sellers never appear in the takedown queue. If we miss and you hit an authorized distributor, we refund the month. Zero-false-positive takedowns is the bar, and the refund commitment is how we stand behind it.
