How does detection work?

Pricelysis runs scheduled scans across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Google Shopping, and paid-search results on Google and Bing. Listings are matched against your catalog, your MAP rules, and your authorized-seller list; anything from an unknown seller — or priced below your floor — lands in the inbox with evidence attached. Scan cadence depends on tier: daily on Brand Defender, hourly for high-priority modules on Brand Protect.

Will you take down my authorized distributors by accident?

No. The authorized-seller safe list is a hard filter on every enforcement workflow — approved retailers, distributors, and marketplace sellers never appear in a takedown queue. Every action also requires explicit human approval before it sends. If we miss and an authorized partner is hit, we refund the month.

What does the evidence look like?

Every flagged listing is captured with a UTC-timestamped screenshot, the listing URL, seller name, listed price against your MAP floor, and prior price history. Evidence exports as PDF or CSV packets ready to attach to a marketplace complaint or an enforcement letter — no copy-pasting between browser tabs.

Do you send takedowns automatically?

No. Pricelysis is designed to help detect issues, capture evidence, and support enforcement workflows. Your team stays in control of every action. We won't send a takedown letter or file a marketplace complaint without explicit human approval — automation in this category breaks brands when it goes wrong, and we'd rather be slower than wrong.
