How long does it take to set up?

Most brands are live within 15 minutes. Connect your Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Amazon store and we automatically import your product catalog. You can define your MAP policies either in bulk via CSV or individually per SKU. Your first competitor price checks begin immediately after setup.

How do MAP violation alerts work?

You define MAP policies per SKU. When we detect a retailer pricing below your minimum, we instantly capture a timestamped screenshot of the offending page as legal evidence and send a real-time alert via Slack, email, or webhook. Can I monitor competitors on Amazon and other marketplaces?

Yes. Pricelysis tracks prices across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and major direct-to-consumer retailer sites. For Amazon, we also score your Buy Box risk so you can see which competitor moves are most likely to cost you the Buy Box before it happens.

How do I send a MAP violation notice to a retailer?

Pricelysis captures the evidence — the timestamped screenshot, the price, and the duration of the violation. You can export a violation report (PDF on Growth and Pro plans) and use it directly in an email or letter to the retailer. We don't send notices on your behalf, but we give you everything you need to act quickly and credibly.

What is surveillance pricing and how does Pricelysis protect me?

Surveillance pricing is when a competitor (or retailer) uses AI to charge different users different prices for the same product — based on location, device, or browsing history. Pricelysis samples competitor pages from multiple geographic IP pools and surfaces price variances via our Fair Price Index, so you know when a competitor is practicing price discrimination in your category.
